segolate

Most Hebrew nouns are stressed on the last syllable. Segolates are stressed on the first syllable; e.g.

מֶלֶךְ

pronounced ME-lek with the emphasis on the first syllable

They are often identified by the fact that they will have two segols in a row.  video
